Yackandandah Curds originate from a small farm in the picturesque town of Yackandandah in regional Victoria. Inspired by a traditional family recipe, the curds are made with natural ingredients, incorporating Australian citrus fruit to create our delightfully tangy curds.
To this day, Yackandandah Curds are made using our original recipe, in a batch production process at our facility in Melbourne, to create our artisanal, country style curd that Australians know and love.

Our recipes
Our country-style curds are made in regional Yackandandah, a former gold mining town where not much has changed, and neither has the incredible taste. From the classic Lemon Curd to our vibrant Raspberry and Finger Lime Curd, every jar is packed with homemade flavour. Try them in one of our favourite recipes and taste the difference for yourself.
