Raspberry and Finger Lime Dessert Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 punnet strawberries, halved
- 1-2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 6 x 2cm chunks Turkish Delight, sliced
- 2 cups Greek Natural yoghurt
- Honey, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Cup Yackandandah Raspberry and Finger Lime Curd
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the berries and kiwi and decoratively place 1/3 of the fruit into the base of 4 serving glasses, add a slice or two of Turkish delight.
Step 2
Sweeten the yoghurt to taste and stir through the vanilla, then spoon 1/2 over the fruit and top with 1/3 of the curd . Repeat this layering process with the 4 glasses . Finish the glasses with the remaining fruit, Turkish delight and a drizzle of the remaining curd. Chill until required.
