Yackandandah Lemon Curd is a delectably thick, soft, and creamy textured curd made to our original recipe featuring Australian Lemons and boasting a wonderfully balanced sweet yet tart flavour. It is traditionally used as a spread for scones and can be incorporated in tarts, pies, cakes, or even enjoyed on crusty bread with a cup of tea or coffee.
